All above served with a variety of freshly prepared sauces/dips.

2. Open sandwiches of Parma ham, smoked salmon,
smoked pork loin,
roast beef, brie & apple on fresh breads.
Chicken satay.
Wonton Prawns with chilli and lemon dip.
Duck and Game pate on toasted breads.
Deep fried lamb and vegetable samosas.
Deep fried baby camembert.
Salmon and herb goujons.
All above served with a variety of freshly prepared sauces/dips.
(£11.50 per head)
